Rocquaine is the perfect beach for a peaceful walk along the sandy shores. It is a lovely location to swim and is the heart of the island’s family life during the Rocquaine Regatta, a day of fun and seaside activities in August each year not to be missed. The Guernsey Pearl café is situated close by or you can walk to Portelet kiosk to grab a bite to eat. At the beach you can see Fort Grey, an iconic historic landmark, where the Shipwreck Museum is located. During the summer months, a pontoon can be found out to sea which brings added enjoyment to sea swims.
